Day 1: Arrival in Zurich
We will organize a private transfer to your hotel for a short rest after your long flight. Your hotel is situated right in the heart of Zurich with only a stone's throw away from Zurich's Old Town and the lake.
Your guide will meet you directly at your hotel and invite you for a city stroll through Zurich.
3 Nights in Zurich
Day 2: Excursion to Rhine falls and St. Gallen
You will leave Switzerland's largest city behind you and we will head up north to Europe's biggest waterfall - the Rhine Falls. On a short walk, we will walk around the falls to understand the power of this natural spectacle. Shortly after, you get the chance to discover Stein am Rhein, which is well-known for its well-preserved old town with painted facades and half-timbered houses.
In the afternoon we will stop in St. Gallen to discover the UNESCO world heritage Abbey district of St. Gallen. Its magnificent Baroque cathedral forms a unique historical ensemble. The Abbey Library - with Switzerland's most beautiful hall and ancient books will fascinate you before returning to Zurich.
Day 3: Excursion to Flumser mountain & chocolate factory
To get a real Swiss winter experience we will invite you to a sledding tour in the Flumser mountains. On our way, we will pass the beautiful lake Walen before we will take up the cable car into the Flumser mountains. Enjoy the view over the rhine valley, Liechtenstein and Austria before returning to our van by sleds.
Later on, you will visit the chocolate factory of Läderrach to taste and discover the world of FrischSchoggi (fresh chocolate). The chocolate masters of Läderrach truly understand their work and you will get the chance to create your own piece of chocolate which you can take home.
Day 4: Drive with stops in Lucerne & Goeschenen gorge
Before arriving in Lucerne we would like to show you something special: The caves of Baar. The Höllgrotten caves are unlike any other dripstone cave in the world. While other grottos were carved from solid rock by underground watercourses in a process lasting millions of years, the Höllgrotten caves were formed on the surface over a comparatively short period of about 3,000 years, making them relatively “young”.
From there it is only a short ride to Lucerne. It ranks amongst the world's prettiest cities and is rich in sights and attractions. You will have time to explore the city of Lucerne and enjoy a boat ride on the picturesque lake.
To get to Switzerlands Italian part we will pass the beautiful Goeschinen gorge and cross the Alps via the Gotthard tunnel. Your hotel is situated directly in the heart of Lugano.

Day 5: Calm down around Lake Lugano
Today you can sleep out and relax a little after the last exciting days. Your guide will take you on a short walk in the city or on the house mountain. Also, you might want to check out one of the local markets which always takes place in one of the smaller villages around the lake.
Day 6: Excursion to Verzaska Valley & the castles of Bellinzona
Idyllically nestled in an imposing mountainscape, the Valle Verzasca (Verzasca valley) is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing in nature. Forming the heart of the valley is the emerald-green Verzasca river with its polished gorges and medieval bridge.
The castles of Bellinzona are one of Ticino's main attractions and, with the old walls that are still standing, are the sole medieval military complex in the Alpine region. They became part of the UNESCO World Heritage in 2000.
Day 7: Drive with stops at Giessbachfalls & Lake Oeschinen
Time to get deep into the Swiss Alps. Enjoy a ride through the heart of the Alps that will bring us to the beautiful Lake Brienz and the magnificent Giessbachfalls. If time allows we will add another stop at Lake Oeschinen, one of Switzerland's most beautiful mountain lakes. But be prepared - at this time the lake will probably be frozen which gives you the opportunity to walk on the like and get 360° view on the surrounding peaks!
Your hotel is one of the oldest buildings in Interlaken and an attraction itself as tradition and history come alive in here.

Day 8: Excursion to Grindelwald & Männlichen
The cable car up to the peak of the Männlichen will be implemented into your travel package. From here you will have the best view of the notorious Eiger North Face and with the possibility of taking a short hike for a better understanding of what was the Alps' last big climbing challenge and its tragedies.
Many winter sports and experiences are awaiting you. We leave it up to you if you would rather go (dog)-sledding, skiing or enjoy one of the winter hikes. Your guide will organize everything and accompany you.
Optional: Jungfraujoch
This experience will take your breath away. The view on the Alps' largest glacier - the Aletsch, as well as the surrounding four thousand meter peaks can only be described as stunning. Standing on the Jungfraujoch 3,454 meters above sea level, you can feel it from your first step: this is a different world.
Day 9: Excursion to Schilthorn & Lauterbrunnen
Today it's time to discover the other side of the Männlichen mountain - the Lauterbrunnen valley. Via cable car, you will get on top of the Schilthorn which provides one of the best views on the royal three - Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Enjoy the James Bond-themed platform before we will make our way back to Lauterbrunnen.
Up for a thrill? Walk along the cliffs on a glass platform!
Day 10: Departure from Zurich
Depending on your time of departure we will add another stop in Bern, Switzerland's capital.
Your guide will bring you back to Zurich Airport on time where we will leave you with many good memories from this alpine paradise.
