Geneva

Geneva is Switzerland's most international city, known for being the European headquarters of the United Nations and the International Red Cross.

It's not only a city for congresses, but also a cultural and historical center, as well as a venue for trade fairs and exhibitions.

The large flower clock in the "Jardin Anglais" (English Garden), the "Horloge Fleuri," is a world-famous symbol of the Geneva watch industry, and the "Jet d'eau," a fountain with a 140-meter-high water jet on the outskirts of Lake Geneva, serves as the city's symbol.

Visitors can cross from one lakeshore to the other by using the "mouettes," a type of water taxi, or take a larger vessel for a Lake Geneva cruise.
