Set off on an exciting voyage of discovery back to the origins of life: “Where we come from” takes you back 3.5 billion years, past fossils and the prehistory of mankind until the early cultures. “Who we are” shows you the unfolding of modern human being from conception to death. Anatomical specimen illustrate human life and its development.
In the “Discovery Trail”, hands-on stations allow you to actively engage with evolution, prehistory and the human body. In “How we learn”, discover research results from neurology, psychology and education, explained by means of anatomical brain specimen, tests and games.
Annually changing exhibitions give you in-depth insights into natural science and cultural history.
